WICE's Ordinary General Assembly (OGA) will take place Thursday July 9, 2026, from 6 to 8 pm, via videoconference on Zoom, and in person at Impact Café.

The purpose of the OGA is to allow current, active members to:

  • Vote to approve the financial accounts and the President's Annual Report for the previous year
  • Vote on the proposed budget
  • Deliberate on matters on the agenda and
  • Vote for members of the Board of Directors for the coming year

By current, active members, we mean those members who are up to date in their membership fees (or who are in a volunteer status that does not require membership fees). Those who have let their membership lapse or who are in a pending category will not be authorized to vote. Please note that we will check the WICE mailbox for any last-minute checks before the meeting to make sure no one gets unfairly excluded.

Again, this is a significant event, and your participation is important. Please send any comments or questions (or compliments!) that you may have.
